Terms of Purchase

By purchasing a Kingdom of Soft Life Digital Title Deed, you understand and agree that the product is a fictional digital novelty item created for entertainment, gifting, humour, and social sharing.

The certificate, title, plot number, deed number, kingdom name, province name, clan name, and any related wording are part of a fictional entertainment concept. They do not represent real land ownership, government recognition, legal authority, royal status, cultural authority, political office, inheritance rights, property rights, mineral rights, or any other real-world legal rights.

All products are delivered digitally. Once your personalised certificate has been generated and delivered, the sale is final unless there was a technical error that prevented delivery.

By completing payment, you confirm that you understand the product is digital, fictional, and for entertainment purposes only.

Refunds

Because the certificate is personalised and digitally delivered, refunds are only considered where duplicate billing or delivery failure is proven.

Acceptable Use

Buyers may share their certificate online for entertainment purposes. Buyers may not use the certificate to misrepresent legal ownership, legal authority, official office, government recognition, or real-world status.
